The only thing Tebow deserves is a rimjob from Boy George.
Why does everyone hate this kid so much? is it because he has won so much? Nothing the kid has ever done has been negative, always seems like a positive kid that wants to do the right thing.
no one hates him... Tebow is a good kid, with a great attitude.. but he didn't deserve the heisman this year.. leader, blah blah blah.. there is no I in team.. Florida just slipped up a game, and over-looked a good team.. they lost.. they didn't change the way they played or anything.. they just kept winning..
Bradford won, end of story.
I wouldn't have had a problem with Tebow winning, but Bradford was deserving too. Some people just have personal problems with him I guess.
The Heisman never goes to the best player anyway so what does it really matter if Tebow didnt win. You cant really say hes better than Michael Crabtree or Eric Berry. You could even argue that Harvin is better. You could say Andre Smith, Michael Oher, or Eugene Monroe should have won it. The way the Heisman is judged really devalues the award and the guys I mentioned above would never have a shot at winning it.
well myself i agree with mr kotite there. it doesn't always go to the best player, but for the ones that had a chance at winning he should have won it. for some reason i can't stand tebow, mccoy will get it next year i bet
I would have went with McCoy but that's just me
I personally wouldn't have had a beef with any of them winning it. Some very good candidates this year who put up huge numbers.
Yeah, it's hard to argue against any of them.

<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:</div><div class="ubbcode-body">And as much as they were saying stuff about Tebow last night he will win it easily. </div></div>
First quote is what I said last night in the Erik Berry thread and the second was from TimmyV, hmmmm.
I still say that the best player has nothing to do with winning, being a really good/great player on a team of really good/great players means you will win alot of games but you have to look at the player individually. Is that not what this award is an idividual best player award. I would put Berry, Macho Harris or DJ Moore as an all around player against anyone in the country and feel confident in them winning head to head. Especially Berry and Harris did both of them not line up under/behind center some this year.
